Citivest Commercial Investments LLC paid $19.8 mil for Town Center Plaza, an 82k sf ($241/sf) retail property in Palm Desert. The property, located at 44100-44425 Town Center Way, just east of Hwy 111, was sold by Town Center Plaza LP.
Constructed in 1993, Town Center Plaza is located at the corner of Town Center Way and Fred Waring Drive in the core retail district of the Coachella Valley. Tenants include Trader Joe’s, Michael’s, Banner Mattress, Tuesday Morning, Fisherman’s Market and Grill, Clemintine’s Bakery, Mama Liveri’s Italian Bistro, The Palms Café, and Uncle Don’s Hobbies.
Bill Barnett and Doug Hogan of Colliers International San Diego Region represented Citivest Commercial Investments in the deal.
