St. Anton Communities has begun construction on The Residences at Railway, an $88 mil housing project in Downtown Campbell that involves 14 separate parcels of land assembled through a multi-year effort. The development is strategically located adjacent to the Downtown Campbell Light Rail Transit Station, the Los Gatos Creek trail and numerous downtown businesses.
The Residences at Railway, designed by KTGY Architecture + Planning, will complement the historic elements of Downtown Campbell while adding cutting-edge amenities and diverse transit-oriented housing options. The project will consist of 119 apartments, 32 townhomes and six duets. The apartments are five stories with subterranean parking and include unique amenities, such as a rooftop theater overlooking Historic Downtown Campbell and social areas and iLounges, where residents can work remotely while at home.
The Residences at Railway is the largest apartment community to be built in Downtown Campbell in nearly 20 years and provides much needed housing in a transit- and pedestrian-oriented setting. A primary focus for the developer, St. Anton Communities, was increasing the transit-oriented development (TOD) aspects of the project.
