TEN50, a luxury, 25-story high-rise residential building under development in downtown Los Angeles’ dynamic South Park district, is set to open in October 2016. The $100 mil project is a development of San Francisco-based Trumark Urban.
Positioned in the heart of downtown’s South Park, TEN50’s unique location places residents just minutes away from the best L.A. has to offer in art, culture, entertainment and retail, along with more than a half million jobs now in the adjacent Financial District. Residents will be within a short walk of L.A. LIVE and downtown’s historic core, which offers precisely what urban dwellers seek – art galleries, new bars, lounges and boutique high fashion.
TEN50 was designed by HansonLA and is being built by Lend Lease. Outdoor landscape design is being handled by Lifescapes International.
The development will offer 151 one- and two-bedroom units. The residences will feature floor-to-ceiling windows and private terraces. In addition, the project will include 5.8k sf of ground floor retail.
One of many unique amenities at the project is “The Fifty,” an exquisitely designed, 13k sf indoor/outdoor lounge that flows seamlessly from the resort-style pool to the therapeutic yoga garden with sweeping city views. Positioned on the 6th floor, The Fifty will converge with a state-of-the-art fitness center, intimate screening room, private dining room for hosting events, conference center and the country’s first Amazon-ready drone landing pad.
Construction at TEN50 continues with concrete being poured for The Fifty early this month. Sales for TEN50 will commence in early 2016 with the opening of a property-adjacent Sales Gallery that will include residence finishes and virtual interactive displays.
