CBRE Vice Chairman Darla Longo, Vice Chairman Barbara Emmons, Vice President Rebecca Pertmutter Finkel, Senior Vice President Bill Durslag, and Senior Vice President Michael Kendall represented both the buyer and the seller in the transaction.
