Concur Technologies recently inked a 10-year lease for 123k sf of office space in Bellevue, WA for its new world HQ space. Their new home will be at Key Center, a 22-story high-rise located at 601 108th Ave NE, west of the 405 Fwy in the city’s downtown, and owned by West LA-based Kilroy Realty.
Concur, a leading provider of integrated travel and expense management solutions, joins a balanced roster of tenants at Key Center that includes financial services firms Merrill Lynch and UBS, as well as other technology tenants including Exact Target. With the execution of the Concur lease, Key Center will be approximately 93% leased.
Real estate legal experts Tony Natsis and Andrew Ouvrier of the law firm of Allen Matkins' Century City office coordinated the transaction for Kilroy Realty. William Green from the law firm Perkins Coie’s Seattle office, repped Concur in the lease. We’re told that the Concur deal represents the largest lease transaction completed in downtown Bellevue since 2009.
“The greater Seattle area is one of the best examples of a West Coast urban environment that draws business innovators and their tech-savvy employees with a high energy, well-integrated work, live and play environment,” said KRC President and CEO John Kilroy, Jr. “We are on track to own 1.7 msf in the Seattle market and we anticipate future growth, given our positive view of the market’s fundamentals and our on-the-ground management team with strong local knowledge.”
