In a recent OC industrial lease, Accurate Metal Fabricators ("AMF") agreed to a 135-month deal for a 153.3k sf facility in Anaheim. The building is located at 3340 E. La Palma, west of Tustin Ave and north of the 91 Fwy.
Accurate Metal Fabricators is relocating its corporate headquarters from a number of other buildings, also in Anaheim. The company plans to occupy the building for its sheet metal operations in the 3rd or 4th quarter 2010. They expect to dramatically increase their efficiency with the move by redesigning their manufacturing process.
The property owner, Kilroy Realty Corporation, was represented by Rob Socci of Voit Real Estate Services. The tenant was repped by Dave Desper of CB Richard Ellis.
