A 48-acre, multi-building and land parcel that is fully leased to SiteOne Landscape Supply LLC in Windsor, CO sold for $9.85 mil. The buyer was IA Windsor LLC.
Located at 6166 Weld County Road 74 / Harmony Rd, the property provides high visibility at the intersection of Latham Pkwy and is proximate to Interstate 25. The property is also positioned near several major residential communities and shopping areas.
Jared Goodman, CCIM, SIOR, Aki Palmer, Cole VanMeveren, Tyler Murray, and Nate Heckel with Cushman & Wakefield represented the buyer and the seller, Serfer Land Ventures LLC, in the transaction.
