Westport Properties plans to develop a new, 81.5k sf industrial facility on a recently acquired land parcel in Henderson, NV. The company will begin construction in the first quarter of 2023.
The building, located at the corner of Bruner Ave and Amigo St, will feature 32’ clear height, secured truck court, ESFR sprinklers, 11 dock doors, and 5k sf of office space. Completion of this building is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2023, Amy Ogden of Logic Commercial Real Estate will oversee leasing of the single tenant building.
“Westport has established our presence in the highly sought after West Henderson market. We feel that the delivery of this size product to this smaller box market will be very well received by a diverse tenant base,” said Charles Byerly, CEO of Westport Properties. Byerly tells us that the firm continues to search for unique development opportunities across the greater Las Vegas market that meet the company’s goal of developing in extremely low vacancy markets.
