A 4.18-acre development land parcel in Buckeye, AZ traded for $3.975 mil. The site, located at the northeast corner of Watson Rd and Sundance Pkwy, is expected to be used for construction of a medical office project.
Hammes Partners plans to develop Buckeye Medical Plaza, a 45k sf, two-story medical office building that is anticipated to be completed in Q3 2023. The site is one-half mile from the I-10 freeway and is on a major retail corridor.
James DeCremer with Avison Young represented the seller, a Phoenix-based private investor. The buyer, Milwaukee, WI-based health care real investment and development company, Hammes Partners, was repped by Melynn Wakeman with Wakeman Integrity. According to DeCremer, Buckeye is the fastest-growing city in America and is experiencing strong demand for medical facilities to serve its expanding population.
