New Luxury Res Community in West Hollywood Starts Pre-Leasing

Empire at Fairfax, a new 34-unit luxury boutique residential apartment community with ground-floor retail spaces, has been completed and is currently in the pre-leasing phase with move-ins beginning in May 2022. The five-story project, a development of Empire Property Group, is located at 1001 N Fairfax Ave, just south of Santa Monica Blvd in West Hollywood.

Empire at Fairfax includes one level of subterranean parking and at-grade parking, multiple electric-vehicle charging stations for both residents and patrons of the retail spaces, and meticulously designed studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom luxury residential apartment floor plans. Residents of the property and the surrounding neighborhood will also be able to enjoy the spectacular brightly colored, kiln fired glass artwork that was ingeniously incorporated into the building designed by Levin-Morris Architects. The glass artwork, entitled “FLOW: Fairfax Traffic Data” was created by artist Laurie Frick and fabricated by Judson Studios. Frick creatively translated the local traffic patterns into a graphic glass installation piece that bisects the five-story façade of the property. Whether it is viewed during the day or at night, Frick’s work is sure to wow commuters and residents alike.
