In a recent Phoenix purchase valued at $4.45 mil, Stos Partners acquired a 28.5k sf ($156/sf) industrial property located at 2757 E. Chambers St through an off-market transaction in partnership with a high-net-worth family office.
The property currently has a short-term tenant in place, providing the buyer with immediate cashflow. Plans for the property include addressing deferred maintenance, implementing strategic upgrades and, ultimately, stabilizing and re-tenanting the asset.
David Wilson and Carter Wilson at DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services represented Stos Partners in this transaction. According to the company, Stos Partners recently sold a 227k sf, single-tenant industrial property in the Phoenix Metro area submarket of Tolleson for $27.5 mil, increasing the asset’s value by nearly 70% during a one-year hold.
