The property is one half-mile east of Interstate 10, with direct access via full diamond interchanges at both Ray Rd and Chandler Blvd. It is also an amenity-rich area with strong corporate neighbors, high-quality, high-growth residential, and an abundance of nearby retail, restaurant and entertainment.
