A 13.2k sf medical office building at 2598 Windmill Pkwy in Henderson, NV sold for $2.35 mil, or $178/sf. The property was sold by Method Art Corporation.
Built in 1998, the single-story building features 19 wet exam rooms, 18 dry exam rooms, two nurse stations, waiting area, break area, conference rooms, lab area, and administrative offices. The property can be demised into two units.
Located on 1.34 acres at the corner of North Pecos Rd and Windmill Pkwy, the property is near Henderson’s expanding medical corridor, anchored by St. Rose Hospital Siena Campus. The building sits approximately 1.25 miles from the 215 Beltway, connecting the two main residential submarkets in the Las Vegas Valley, Henderson and Summerlin.
Tyler Ecklund, James Griffis, Doug Mack, Justin Witt and Tanner Peterson with CBRE represented Method Art in the deal.
