Dominion Verrado Self-Storage, a 524-unit self-storage facility in Buckeye, AZ, has sold for $9.1 mil ($17.3k/unit). It is located at 20825 W. McDowell Rd, north of I-10 and west of Verrado Way.
Dominion Verrado Self-Storage is a high-end, 81.3k sf state-of-the-art storage facility. Built in 2018, the property has all climate controlled units and is currently 80% occupied.
Paul Boyle, Greg Wells and Rick Danis of Cushman & Wakefield represented the buyer, 20825 W. McDowell SP LLC and William Warren Pro of Santa Monica, and the seller, Dominion Self-Storage LLC of Fountain Hills, AZ, in the transaction.
