Scottsdale Airpark Corporate Center, a 101k sf, three-building flex office project in Scottsdale, AZ, was acquired by Hayden AWS Properties LLC and Dunbar SACC LLC in a recent $13.25 mil ($131/sf) transaction. The asset is located at 15020, 15030 and 15150 North Hayden Rd.
Completed in 1985, Scottsdale Airpark Corporate Center is a 97% occupied by such tenants as Gateway Church, Brain State Technologies, and Ethos Lending. Located just north of Hayden and Raintree Drive, the complex is positioned within close proximity to North Scottsdale’s executive housing, as well as one-mile east of the Loop 101/Raintree interchange. It is within the second largest employment center in Arizona, the Scottsdale Airpark, totaling over 34 msf of commercial space and 56,000 employees.
Eric Wichterman and Michael Coover of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, Presson Corporation. Michael Kitlica, also with C&W, repped the buyer in the transaction.
