Town Center Medical, a Class A building totaling 29.8k sf in Sugar Land, TX, was sold. The property, located at 16545 Southwest Fwy, is directly across from Houston Methodist Sugar Land Hospital, a 319-bed general acute care hospital specializing in cardiology, oncology, sports medicine and women’s care.
Town Center Medical is currently 100% occupied. The anchor tenant is Houston ENT and Allergy, one of the largest and oldest ear, nose and throat groups in the nation.
Eric Johnson, Robby Winston, Lisa Bovermann and Brooks Creech of the Transwestern Commercial Services’ Healthcare Advisory Services group represented the seller. Te price was not disclosed.
