Sorrento Mesa Office Property Trades for $17 Mil


Graymark Capital, in a venture with an institutional partner, has acquired 10455 Pacific Center Court, a 92.5k sf office property located in San Diego’s Sorrento Mesa submarket.The property, positioned on a 7.7-acre, canyon-edge lot east of I-805 and north of Mira Mesa Blvd, sold for $16.5 mil ($178/sf).

Situated in Sorrento Mesa, the epicenter of San Diego’s growth industries, with technology, life sciences and telecommunications representing a substantial presence in the submarket, 10455 Pacific Center Court was just 45.2% leased at the time of sale. The two-story property features 13.5’-16.9’ slab-to-slab heights, abundant window lines, functional floor plates and high-bay loading docks with roll-up door access.

HFF’s Nick Psyllos and Kara Mathis represented the seller in the transaction.
