East Washington Place, a 340k sf shopping center in Petaluma, was acquired by Vestar for $55 mil ($162/sf). The property, located at 401 Kennilworth Dr, adjacent to Hwy 101, was sold by Regency Centers.
East Washington Place is LEED Silver-Certified and is anchored by Target, TJ Maxx/Homegoods, Sprouts, ULTA, Dick’s Sporting Goods, and PetSmart. Other tenants include Chase Bank, Sport Clips, Verizon, Kirkland’s, OrangeTheory Fitness, Subway, Chipotle and others.
