BOSA Development will redevelop a vacant building located at 777 Front Street in downtown San Diego into a new Class A, 162k sf office building. The building will be able to accommodate a variety of requirements ranging from approximately 10k sf to 162k sf of contiguous space.
BOSA will tear down the existing building to its steel frame and redevelop it into an atrium-style creative office building, designed by Joseph Wong Design Associates (JWDASM). The building will feature floor-to-ceiling glass, providing abundant natural light. 777 Front Street will also offer large floorplates of 43k sf, a large courtyard amenity space complete with outdoor seating, games and modern landscape, 1.5/1000 parking ratio, and an on-site fitness center with shower and locker facilities.
The development is adjacent to Horton Plaza, featuring abundant retail and restaurants, and is an easy walk to the courthouses, convention center, public transit, hotels and fine dining. Leading the leasing efforts at 777 Front Street are Tony Russell, Richard Gonor and Brandt Riedman of JLL. Completion is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2019.
