Austin Pang Gloves Mfg (USA) Corp has purchased a newly constructed, 72.3k sf building in the City of Industry for $13.4 mil ($185/sf). The facility is located within CT Industry Center, at 17343 Freedom Way, just east of Azusa Ave and south of Valley Blvd.
The buyer plans to relocate its US headquarters to this new property from their old location in Santa Fe Springs. The building is part of a five-building project in CT Industry Center.
Jeffrey Hubbard of Lee & Associates Central LA represented Austin Pang Gloves, a manufacturer of gloves and personal protective equipment based in Hong Kong. Tony Phu of Colliers International and Stu Milligan of Cushman & Wakefield repped the seller, CT Realty.
Austin Pang Gloves Mfg (USA) Corp --doing business as Johnson Wilshire Inc in the U.S.-- has six locations throughout the U.S. The company supplies safety products and specializes in hand, eye, head, and foot protection, as well as hi-viz and protective garments.
