Phase II of Legacy on the Promenade, a multi-phase, 276-unit residential project in Westminster, CO, has been completed. The 37 finished units that comprise Phase II have an average size of 923 sf.
This phase also features the opening of a permanent leasing office, and the completion of the clubhouse amenities. These include a two-story fitness center and yoga studio, game room with a billiards table, and two conference rooms with laptop TV displays.
Legacy on the Promenade is conveniently located along the U.S. 36 corridor and is a short walking commute to the future light rail station and Westminster City Park. It offers a desirable location for families in Westminster and for those who commute to Boulder or Denver.
According to Mike Holt, Vice President of Legacy’s Denver Region, the project’s previously completed live/work units were received in November with much fanfare as they are the first of their kind in the area. With the delivery of Phase II, the project adds to the diverse mix of leasable unit types, giving residents the options of townhomes, live/work units, or apartments.
Phase I, which began preleasing this past November, includes 24 live/work residences and townhomes starting at more than 1.5k sf with four distinct floor plans. Each of the spacious two- or three-bedroom residences consist of three floors and an attached two-car garage.
Residents of Legacy on the Promenade will have access to best-in-class amenities, including a garden courtyard, a pool with an outdoor kitchen, resident lounge areas and a business center. Nearby community amenities include a dozen restaurant, brewery and eating establishments, as well as entertainment options such as Dave & Buster’s and an AMC movie theater.
Legacy on the Promenade was designed by Humphreys & Partners Architects, a firm known for their commitment to sustainable ideas and elements.
