A 41.2k sf office property in Las Vegas sold in a recent transaction worth $13.5 mil, or $328/sf. The property, located at 11500 Southern Highlands Pkwy, was purchased by Tokyo-based ASO Nevada LLC.
Southern Highlands Preparatory School is the single tenant. This sale marks the second time in the last three years that the property has sold.
Charles Moore, CSM, and Marlene Fujita-Winkel, CCIM, of CBRE represented the seller, AZFD Fairfield LLC, in the transaction. The buyer did not have representation.
