Lennar Entity Pays $35 Mil for San Diego Redevelopment Site

1/30/18

New Vision Christian Fellowship Church has sold its land and facilities, totaling about 2.2 acres, in San Diego for $35 mil. The property, located at 4353 Park Blvd, south of I-8 and west of I-805, was acquired by LMC North Park Holdings LLC, an entity owned by Lennar Multifamily Communities.

The sale is the first phase of an assemblage that will be planned for a new multifamily/mixed use development. As part of the transaction, New Vision will remain on site in operation during project approvals.

New Vision Christian Fellowship will further its mission by locating several planned new facilities to serve its congregation and the community at large and those in need. Mike Moser of Retail Insite handled the transaction for all parties in the sale.

Lennar Corporation, founded in 1954, is one of the nation's largest builders of quality homes for all generations. The company builds affordable, move-up and retirement homes primarily under the Lennar brand name.
