Glacier House Hotels has acquired the Best Western Plus Arroyo Roble Hotel & Creekside Villas in Sedona, AZ. The high-end, boutique resort is located at 400 North State Route 89A, in in the heart of the city’s Uptown area. The price was not disclosed.

The Best Western Plus Arroyo Roble Hotel & Creekside Villas is a trophy asset located along Oak Creek with unprecedented views of the Red Rocks. It comes with three acres of developable land.

The property features 65 guest units in a variety of sizes and configurations including seven, 1.3k sf recently renovated two-bedroom Creekside townhomes. Amenities include multiple swimming pools, conference space, access to a luxury clubhouse, steam room, sauna, game room, racquetball, and tennis. The offering included a retail building with prime uptown street frontage consisting of 3.2k sf of rentable space.

CBRE Hotels’ Jennifer Bergamo, Larry Kaplan and Mark Darrington represented the seller, Arroyo Roble Hotel & Creekside Villas I LLC, in the transaction.
