Hunter Engineering paid $5.35 mil for Gold Dust Corporate Center, a two-story, 31.8k sf ($168/sf) corporate HQ facility in Scottsdale, AZ. The building, located at 10446 N. 74th St, was built in 2002.
Gold Dust Corporate Center is a Class A building that features an attractive, dramatic two-story lobby entrance. The second floor is elevator-served, as well as accessible from the lobby staircase. The project is currently configured for multi-tenant use.
The property is located near the prestigious and heavily-retailed intersection of Scottsdale Rd and Shea Blvd. The location enjoys walkable access to a large variety of nearby retail amenities. Executive housing surrounds the location, including the prestigious Gainey Ranch and McCormick Ranch communities.
Michael Kitlica, Eric Wichterman and Mike Coover of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, SalCohn LLC. Adam Tolson of Lee & Associates repped the buyer in the deal. According to Kitlica, Hunter Engineering acquired Gold Dust Corporate Center for their expansion from its existing headquarters, which is located adjacent to the north of the subject asset.
