Wilshire Blvd Replaces Yellow Brick Road in Cypress Equity Investments’ Version of Aahs Story

Cypress Equity Investments recently purchased a two-story, 11.7k sf building on Wilshire Blvd at the eastern edge of Santa Monica. The property is occupied by Aahs, a popular gift/novelty store with six locations in Los Angeles and Orange County.

The building sits on .44 acres at 3223 Wilshire, at the highly visible intersection with Centinela Ave, near the gateway to Santa Monica. The property is comprised of two parcels, both of which are zoned Mixed-Use Boulevard, allowing for a wide range of redevelopment opportunities. It features about 140 feet of street frontage along Wilshire.

Mitchell Stokes with Madison Partners represented the buyer and the seller, Satnam Investments Inc. The purchase price was not disclosed.
