Northbrook Business Center, a 334.1k sf industrial business park in north Fort Worth, TX, was purchased by Northbrook 820 LLC, a Wilson & Stonaker LLC partnership. The price was not disclosed.
The four-building complex, located at 1100 North Way Dr in the Meacham Field/Fossil Creek industrial submarket, is 85% occupied. At present, it has space available for lease from 20k sf to 56k sf.
Jeff Givens and Sarah LanCarte, SIOR, CCIM®, with Transwestern represented the seller, Fort Worth Northbrook Ltd, in the transaction. Givens and LanCarte will continue to lease the property for the new ownership.
