Black Horse LLC has leased 31k sf of industrial space at West by Northwest Industrial Park in Houston. Black Horse, a joint venture between Caterpillar Inc and Ariel Corp, provides well service pressure pumping products and solutions within the global oil and natural gas industry.
Black Horse’s new space is part of Prologis portfolio within the West by Northwest Industrial Park complex. With this deal, the portfolio stands at 100% occupied. Located in Northwest Houston at the intersection of West Little York Rd, Gessner Rd and Hempstead Hwy, the Prologis portfolio within the park consists of more than 2 msf and is comprised of 20 buildings.
Brian Gammill and Darryl Noon with Transwestern represented the landlord, Prologis Targeted U.S. Logistics Fund L.P., in the transaction.
