Accruent agreed to a consolidation/relocation lease for 104.4k sf of space at the Domain, a mixed-use complex in Austin, TX. The firm, a leading real estate and facilities management software company, is currently located at Braker Pointe II (10801 North MoPac Expw) and Quarry Oaks (10900A Stonelake Blvd) and will consolidate into its new space by October 2016.
The Domain is situated at the geographic center of Austin and acts as Austin’s “second downtown,” providing residential, entertainment, retail and office uses. The property is located at 3110 Esperanza Crossing, north of Baker Lane and east of Mopac Expwy.
Steve Walbridge, Marcus Arredondo, John Scoblick, Alecia Burdick of Savills Studley represented Accruent LLC in the negotiation. Jonathan Tate of Endeavor represented the landlord, TR Domain LLC (TIER REIT).
“Accruent has seen its growth accelerate dramatically once they decided to relocate from Santa Monica, CA to 14k sf in Austin in early 2011,” noted Walbridge, executive vice president and director of Savills Studley in Los Angeles, who assisted Accruent with this initial move to and continued expansion in Austin.
