AIR’s Popular Market Review & Forecast for Greater L.A. Metro to Be Held January 27, 2016

12/29/15

AIR Commercial Real Estate Association will host its 23rd Annual Real Estate “Market Review & Forecast” on Jan. 27, 2016 in downtown Los Angeles. As always, this popular yearly event will feature a blue ribbon panel format of commercial real estate brokers, representing nine key submarkets in the L.A. Metro area.

Open to everyone, the “Market Review & Forecast” will be held at a familiar private club at 545 S. Figueroa St., Los Angeles. The event runs from 5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Top producing brokers set to participate in the “Market Review & Forecast” panel include: Mike Tingus, principal/chairman, Lee & Associates LA North/Ventura (Ventura County); David Young, senior vice president, NAI Capital (San Fernando Valley); Christopher Sheehan, senior vice president, Colliers International (Mid-Counties); Jason Chao, first vice president, CBRE (Eastern Region); Jon Reno, SIOR, senior vice president, managing director, Heger Industrial (Central Region); Steve Bohannon, senior director/industrial, Cushman & Wakefield, (South Bay); Steve Wagner, senior vice president, JLL (Orange County), and Ronald B. Washle, senior managing director, Newmark Grubb Knight Frank (Inland Empire). A final panelist will be announced. Once again, Bart Reinhard, managing director, JLL, will be the program moderator.

Complementing in-depth commentary on the individual submarkets they focus on, the panelists will also cover the overriding issues of economic trends and projections, market and product demand and lease and sale trends.

“As it marks its milestone 23rd edition, and in response to challenging market needs, the AIR has assembled an outstanding panel of brokers specifically to meet these challenges. With the return of the popular submarket-by-submarket format, the ‘Market Review & Forecast’ recognizes that conditions unique to each submarket need to be understood in order to succeed today. This recognition has made the event a ‘must do’ in Southern California,” said Joy dela Cruz, AIR COO and event coordinator.

The cost of the event is $109 for AIR members; $139 for non-members.
